Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across Corporate and Project Sites. The role requires a strategic HR professional with extensive experience in Infrastructure/EPC organizations, capable of managing the complete employee life cycle, ensuring statutory compliance, driving talent acquisition, and partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, manpower planning, onboarding, and workforce management for corporate and project sites.
- Drive Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Manage Employee Relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and Industrial Relations.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Contract Labour Act, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits, payroll coordination, HR operations, HRIS, and HR MIS reporting.
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational development, change management, and workforce productivity.
- Monitor HR metrics and implement process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience
- 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing project-based manpower, contract labour, statutory compliance, recruitment, and multi-location HR operations.
