- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the power consulting field.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and optimize the hiring process.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee the performance review process, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development plans.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and organisational changes.
- Oversee compensation strategies and employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
