1. Develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
2. Work on scalable, distributed systems and APIs.
3. Optimize performance and efficiency of existing applications.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers.
5. Implement secure and efficient coding practices.
6. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

1. 3+ years of experience in backend development with Golang.
2. Strong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and microservices architecture.
3. Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and WebSockets.
4. Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
5. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
6. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
7. Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
