Job Description
As a Senior Golang Backend Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. You will own complex systems, ensure high performance and reliability, and guide the team in best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of backend services and microservices using Golang.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and high-performance systems.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Technical Key Skills:
• Programming: Golang (expert), concurrency patterns, idiomatic Go practices.
• Frameworks & APIs: Gin, Echo, Fiber; REST, gRPC, GraphQL.
• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis); schema design and query optimization.
• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven systems, distributed systems.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes; GCP/Azure familiarity a plus; CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing & Quality: Unit & integration testing (GoTest, Testify), code reviews, TDD.
• Monitoring & Performance: Profiling, Prometheus, Grafana, logging best practices.
