Senior Generative AI Developer

The Senior Generative AI Developer will be a key member of the Digital Commerce team, responsible for building and deploying AI-powered applications using advanced Generative AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of AI models and frameworks to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI based applications.
• Deploy custom Large Language Models (LLMs) using platforms like OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, Claude, Ollama, and Grok.
• Work with deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and real-time processing.
• Build and maintain AI-powered applications and develop APIs/microservices for integration with front-end systems.
• Deploy AI applications at scale using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Preprocess and manage large datasets for AI training and inference, implementing efficient data pipelines.
• Continuously monitor, update, and improve AI models, addressing challenges like model drift, bias, and explainability.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of overall development experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Generative AI based application development.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for AI application development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms: OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Ollama, and Grok.
• Experience with MLOps practices for model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and database technologies (NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in eCommerce, Digital Commerce, or Digital Banking domains is preferred.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science is required; a Master s degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
