Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop new visual effects techniques and technologies. Create complex and dynamic visual effects, including motion graphics, animations, and simulations. Design and implement new tools and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills. Mentor junior artists and provide feedback to help them grow and develop their skills. Job Requirements Strong understanding of visual effects principles, techniques, and technologies. Proficiency in software such as Maya, Blender, or similar tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
