Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Java+ React+ AI)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale software applications using Java and React.JS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality code by writing unit tests, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and adhering to coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to improve overall quality of the application.

Job Requirements 

10+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Software Development. Strong experience building REST APIs and microservices in Java (Spring Boot). Proven experience developing React UIs for analytical dashboards, with a strong focus on usability and performance for data-intensive applications. Experience collaborating with data and ML teams to integrate models, pipelines, and analytics into production applications. Hands-on exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI models, enabling AI-driven capabilities within full stack applications. Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud-based environments. Working experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong stakeholder communication and client interaction skills. Familiarity with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and CQRS design patterns. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, architecture notes, and implementation details. Experience participating in sprint demos, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration discussions.
