Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you are a versatile builder who can own a feature from the database to the dashboard. You will work on the end-to-end lifecycle of data governance: extracting metadata from external systems via Java-based collectors and presenting those insights through modern React-based interfaces. You are comfortable shifting between the rigors of backend system integration and the fluidity of frontend user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Design and implement features that span the entire stackfrom Java metadata extraction logic to TypeScript/React visualizations.
• API Bridge Building: Develop and maintain robust GraphQL or REST APIs that serve as the high-performance link between our metadata repository and the frontend.
• ServiceNow Application Development: Build scoped applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem, utilizing the latest SDKs to integrate custom React components and Java-based backend logic.
• Metadata Storytelling: Translate complex data lineage and metadata relationships into intuitive, interactive UI experiences.

Qualifications

• B-Tech/B.E/M-TECH
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full stack experience.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of Java for backend services and TypeScript/React for frontend development.
• Integration Skills: Experience building and consuming APIs that handle complex data structures.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the Modern Data Stack and how metadata is surfaced for data cataloging and governance.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Web Components and ServiceNow’s "Now Experience" UI Framework.
