Success in this role means building robust software solutions that seamlessly integrate data science models with user-friendly interfaces, accelerating last mile adoption of analytics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and business analysts, to translate complex requirements into technical deliverables. This position plays a critical role in advancing Tredence's mission to drive business impact through innovative and practical AI solutions. What will your role look like? - Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Python frameworks such as Django and Flask to support retail analytics solutions. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and data integration pipelines with a focus on performance and scalability. - Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models into production-ready software components. - Utilize cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure, to deploy and manage applications and services reliably. - Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI to visualize complex data insights for business stakeholders. - Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following best engineering practices. - Perform thorough testing using tools such as Postman and ensure continuous integration and deployment. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications to improve functionality and user experience. - Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team. You will need: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or a related field. - Demonstrate 4-8 years of professional experience in full stack development, primarily using Python with Django and Flask frameworks. - Exhibit strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and managing relational databases. - Utilize cloud services, specifically Microsoft Azure, to build, deploy, and maintain applications. - Use Postman or similar tools for API testing and development. - Develop data visualizations and interactive dashboards using PowerBI or equivalent. - Apply Python libraries such as NumPy for efficient data processing and manipulation. - Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within agile teams. Good to Have Skills: - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. - Familiarity with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS for building dynamic user interfaces. - Understanding of data security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments. - Exposure to machine learning workflows and deployment pipelines. - Certifications related to Microsoft Azure or cloud-based development are an advantage.
