Senior Full Stack Developer(Hands-on AI Technologies preferred)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in AI-assisted code generation, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will be able to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions, with hands-on expertise in database design and modern software development practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrong hands-on experience using Claude Code for AI-assisted software development across React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL applications.

• Ability to provide clear, structured prompts that include business rules, technical constraints, acceptance criteria, coding standards, and expected outputs.
• Experience using Claude Code to generate React components, TypeScript interfaces, reusable hooks, forms, state-management logic, and frontend API integrations.
• Experience generating Node.js backend services, REST APIs, middleware, validation logic, authentication flows, error handling, and integration modules.
• Ability to use Claude Code to create PostgreSQL schemas, SQL queries, migrations, indexes, views, functions, and data-validation scripts.
• Strong ability to review, test, debug, refactor, and optimize AI-generated code before it is merged or deployed.
• Experience using Claude Code to analyze existing codebases, identify dependencies, explain complex logic, locate defects, and recommend improvements.
• Ability to generate unit tests, integration tests, API test cases, test data, and edge-case scenarios using AI-assisted tools.
• Experience creating and maintaining project-level AI instructions, such as CLAUDE.md, containing coding conventions, architecture standards, business terminology, commands, and development workflows. These project instructions help the AI produce code that is consistent with the applications stack and standards.dev+1
• Ability to break down business requirements into smaller development tasks and use Claude Code to produce implementation plans before generating code.
• Knowledge of validating AI-generated database designs against business rules, data relationships, transaction requirements, security requirements, and expected query patterns.
• Understanding that AI-generated outputs must be reviewed for security vulnerabilities, incorrect assumptions, performance issues, and compatibility with the existing application architecture.
• Experience using AI to generate technical documentation, API specifications, database documentation, code comments, release notes, and troubleshooting guides.
