Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Full Stack Developer who can independently handle end-to-end project development from architecture design and database modeling to backend API development and frontend implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js and React.js, along with hands-on experience in scalable system design and secure API development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable application architecture independently.
• Perform database design, schema modeling, and optimization using modern ORM technologies.
• Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs using MVC architecture.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and API security best practices (JWT, OAuth, encryption).
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
• Implement state management solutions such as Redux and Context API.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Maintain technical documentation for architecture and APIs.

Required Technical Skills:Backend:

• Strong experience in Node.js (5+ years mandatory)
• Experience with MVC architecture
• Proficiency in RESTful API development
• Hands-on experience with Prisma / Sequelize / TypeORM
• Database experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, encryption, rate limiting
• Experience in performance tuning and optimized queries
• Basic knowledge of Python (preferred)

Frontend:

• Strong experience in React.js (5+ years mandatory)
• Experience with Redux / Context API
• Knowledge of Next.js (SSR/SEO-based applications)
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, Babel

Architecture & DevOps:

• Ability to design system architecture independently
• Understanding of microservices and monolithic architecture
• Experience with Git version control
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building scalable enterprise applications
• Knowledge of Redis (caching)
• Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Understanding of logging and performance monitoring tools
• Experience mentoring junior developers
