Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and database management).
Work with Python scripts and AI libraries for automation, chatbot training, and accuracy improvements.
Develop and integrate AI-driven features using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of features.
Maintain code quality, ensure best practices, and participate in code reviews.
Provide production support and optimize system performance.

Skill and Experience

Mandatory Skills

MERN Stack (MongoDB/PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) strong hands-on experience in building scalable applications.
AWS Services: Proficiency with S3, Serverless (Lambda, Lambda Layers), EC2, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS Database services.
Database: PostgreSQL Strong query optimization, schema design, and integration experience.
Python: Practical experience in scripting and automation.
AI & Cloud Tools:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Azure AI Foundry
- AI chatbot implementation and fine-tuning (training datasets for response accuracy).
Tools & Practices: GitHub, Jira version control and agile task management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with global teams.

Qualification and Certifications

8 10 years of overall software development experience with strong MERN and cloud expertise.
Proven experience in AI-driven solutions, chatbot implementation, and model fine-tuning.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a US-overlap timezone.
