Senior Full Stack Developer

We re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Laravel and a strong understanding of ReactJS to take ownership of critical backend systems and collaborate across teams. This is a backend-leaning role , ideal for someone passionate about scalable systems and API architecture, with an appreciation for frontend integration.

You should also be comfortable using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, test generators, security scanners) to streamline workflows , improve code quality , and ensure faster and more secure delivery .

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs in Laravel
• Design modular microservices to support high-volume, multi-tenant operations
• Collaborate with ReactJS developers to define data flow and frontend integration
• Implement and manage RBAC , secure authentication (JWTOAuth2), and request validation
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve code efficiency, coverage, and maintainability
• Optimize application performance with caching (Redis), asynchronous queues, and clean data handling
• Participate in code reviews , architectural decisions, and dev process improvements
• Maintain API documentation (Postman, Swagger) and support CICD pipelines
• Work with Docker and DevOps teams for smooth, containerized deployments
• Required Skills Experience
  • 6+ years of experience with Laravel 8+ and modern PHP development
  • Proficient in building and scaling REST APIs , with strong database skills (MySQLPostgreSQL)
  • Hands-on experience with Redis, queues , and event-driven services
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (preferably ReactJS ) for full-stack awareness
  • Proficiency in Git, Docker , and CICD toolchains
  • Knowledge of AI-powered dev tools like Copilot, TabNine, or testdata generators
  • Strong understanding of security best practices , clean code, and performance optimization
  • Good to Have:
    • Experience in loyalty platforms , rewards programs, or CRM integration
    • Exposure to DevSecOps workflows and secure-by-default coding principles
    • Working knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architecture or B2B enterprise platforms
    • Familiarity with debugging across frontend and backend environments
