Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong inclination toward backend engineering
to join our development team. While you will be responsible for building and maintaining
responsive user interfaces, your core focus will be on architecting scalable server-side logic,
managing complex database structures, and ensuring the seamless integration of the entire
application ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys deep-diving into
system architecture but can also deliver polished, functional frontend features.
Responsibilities
System Architecture: Design scalable, backend-heavy architectures using Python and
FastAPI, focusing on concurrency and high throughput.
Frontend Leadership: Lead the development of complex frontend applications,
ensuring efficient state management and component reusability.
Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize FastAPI applications and database
queries to minimize latency and resource usage.
Security: Implement robust security measures, including OAuth2, JWT authentication,
and secure data handling practices.
Code Governance: Conduct thorough code reviews and establish best practices for
Pythonic code and frontend architecture.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong backend focus.
Expert-level knowledge of Python and extensive experience building production-grade
services with FastAPI.
Deep understanding of PostgreSQL (indexing, optimization, and complex joins).
Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend state management (Redux, Zustand, or
TanStack Query).
Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) for caching and real-time data.
Knowledge of Celery or RabbitMQ for background task processing.
Experience with Playwright or Cypress for E2E testing.
