Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP and Python, complemented by hands-on experience in Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and scale high performance web applications while integrating AI-driven capabilities to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using PHP frameworks and modern frontend technologies.
- Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Python.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions (LLMs, chatbots, AI assistants) into enterprise applications.
- Work with AI models for use cases such as content generation, summarization, search, recommendations, and automation.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
Technical Skills Mandatory
Backend & Full Stack
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP (5+ years)
- Frameworks such as Laravel / Symfony / CodeIgniter
- Strong hands-on experience with Python (5+ years)
- Frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI
- RESTful API design and microservices architecture
Frontend
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Generative AI
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude)
- Prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG-based solutions
- Integrating AI models via APIs into enterprise applications
Databases & Cloud
- Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL databases
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)
Good to Have
- Experience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Prior experience working on enterprise or customer-facing platforms
