Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

VC Green Energy Private Limited is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our technology team and lead the development of a next-generation platform. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise across frontend, backend, API development, database architecture, and cloud deployment, with at least one prior experience building a platform from scratch through to implementation. You will work closely with the Solution Architect and AI Engineer to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

As Senior Full Stack Developer & Team Leader, you will own the complete application development lifecycle from architecture implementation and development to integration, optimization, and deployment. The role requires strong technical ownership, sharp problem-solving ability, and the capability to deliver enterprise-grade web applications.

Key responsibilities

Application development

• Develop, enhance, and maintain frontend and backend application modules.
• Convert technical architecture and design concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable application components.
• Ensure seamless integration between UI, APIs, business services, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Frontend development

• Develop responsive and modern web interfaces.
• Implement UI/UX designs using modern frontend technologies.
• Ensure a consistent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams for high-quality interface implementation.
• Optimize application performance and usability.

Backend development

• Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, user management, and workflow processes.
• Develop modular backend services and business logic.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and performance.

API & system integration

• Develop and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with internal and external systems for smooth data exchange.
• Ensure secure and efficient communication between application layers.

Database development

• Design and optimize database structures.
• Develop efficient queries and data models.
• Ensure data security, scalability, and performance.

Quality & performance

• Identify and resolve performance issues.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Follow development best practices and coding standards.

Required technical skills

Frontend

• React.js / Next.js / Angular / Vue.js
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Responsive web design

Backend

• Node.js / .NET Core / Java Spring Boot

Database

• PostgreSQL / MySQL

Additional skills (preferred)

• Cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure / similar platforms)

• 5–6+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Proven experience developing scalable web applications and enterprise platforms.
