Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development using React.js and Node.js for complex web applications.
- Provide architectural guidance and design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business and technical requirements.
- Own the quality of deliverables and support performance tuning of applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 5 6 years of strong hands-on experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
- Deep knowledge of software design principles, microservices, and scalable systems.
- Proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks, REST APIs, and web security.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in version control (Git) and project documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with global stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, Redux, and serverless architecture.
