Senior Full Stack Developer (Go + React.js)

The role

Key job functions include

• Backend Architecture & APIs: Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Go (Golang).
• Frontend Development: Build modular, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and modern state management techniques.
• Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Take feature ownership from requirement analysis, system design, and coding to containerization, testing, and deployment.
• System Integrations: Implement background data synchronization routines, device integrations, and platform services.
• Security & Access Control: Integrate enterprise authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2/OIDC, Keycloak, RBAC) across API endpoints and UI modules.
• Quality & Performance: Write clean, unit-tested code; perform code reviews; optimize backend API latencies and frontend render performance.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and QA engineers to deliver robust enterprise release packages.

What youll bring

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years focused on full-stack web applications and microservices.
• Go (Golang) Mastery: Deep hands-on experience building production-grade services in Go. Strong understanding of Go idioms, goroutines, channel mechanics, and explicit error handling.
• React.js Proficiency: Solid expertise in modern React (Hooks, Context API, state management) and front-end integration with REST APIs.
• Database & APIs: Demonstrated ability in designing SQL schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL), query optimization, and REST API standards.
• Containerization: Practical experience with Docker (containerizing Go binaries and web assets).
• Engineering Standards: Strong experience with Git workflows, unit testing, and debugging distributed applications.

Not required, but a strong plus

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, or enterprise container management (e.g., RKE2).
• Familiarity with enterprise authentication systems (Keycloak, OIDC, OAuth2 Proxy, SAML).
• Prior experience delivering software deployed via OVA packages or in air-gapped enterprise environments.
• Previous experience in Java ecosystem (Spring Boot) is a plus.
• Exposure to system-level integrations (storage, networking, or infrastructure monitoring).
