Senior Frontend Developer - 7+ Years

Location - Remote(South preferably Kerala)

Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
Take ownership of frontend architecture, technical decisions, and implementation of complex features.
Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces using HTML and CSS.
Design and implement efficient REST API integrations and handle frontend-backend communication effectively.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to frontend coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions while maintaining code quality and long-term scalability.
Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers and contribute to improving team development practices.
Participate in technical discussions, estimation, planning, and solution design for new and existing features.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

7+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js and building production-grade applications.
Strong experience with Next.js, including developing scalable and performance-optimized web applications.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Strong experience with HTML and CSS and responsive web development.
Strong experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component design, state management, and application performance optimization.
Strong knowledge of modern frontend development practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
Experience leading frontend development initiatives and taking ownership of technical solutions.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
