Senior Frontend Developer

• About the Role We are looking for a visionary Frontend Developer who is not just a coder, but a tech-forward thinker ready to redefine how software is built.
• You will be a key player in our engineering team, responsible for building high-performance web and mobile applications while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to accelerate development cycles.
• This is a unique opportunity for a developer who loves React, React Native, Flutter, and Next.js, has a sharp eye for UI/UX, and wants to lead and mentor a high-efficiency team.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Platform Development: Architect and build scalable, responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js (for web) and React Native / Flutter (for mobile).
• AI-Driven Development: Actively utilize AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate boilerplate, refactor code, write documentation, and accelerate the overall development process.
• Prompt Engineering: Write effective, context-aware prompts to maximize the output of AI coding assistants.
• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate closely with design concepts to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, intuitive, and modern interfaces.
• Team Leadership: Act as a core team member who can mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, and eventually assist in building and scaling an efficient engineering team.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend architecture and AI coding workflows to keep the company at the cutting edge.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Core Stack Mastery: Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js is mandatory.
• Mobile Proficiency: solid experience with React Native OR Flutter (ability to work with both is a massive plus).
• AI fluency: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for coding, debugging, and problem-solving.
• You should treat AI as a junior pair programmer.
• Design Sense: A strong understanding of UI/UX principles (layout, typography, color theory) and the ability to make design decisions when needed.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
