Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer with 10+ years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in React and modern frontend technologies. The candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and will work closely with product, UX, backend, and AI engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development capabilities, architectural thinking, and experience mentoring frontend engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, reusable component libraries, and development practices.
• Build complex UI workflows integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality production interfaces.
• Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
• Develop reusable frontend components and establish design-system practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues.
• Drive adoption of modern frontend engineering practices and tools.
• Participate in architecture and technology decisions.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern browser technologies.
• Strong knowledge of React hooks, state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience with frameworks/libraries such as Redux, React Query, Next.js or equivalent.
• Strong experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright.
• Understanding of Git-based development workflows.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.
• Experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience with micro-frontends.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
