Senior Front-End Developer

• Front-End Development: Develop high-quality, reusable, and scalable code for the front-end using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• CRM Integration: Master the use of JavaScript to create and integrate dynamic CRM systems.
• User Interface Design: Translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design cohesive, functional script.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews and tests to ensure the quality and functionality of the application.
• Product Enhancement: Constantly iterate on and improve the existing products, as well as contribute to the development of upcoming projects.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of the code and the development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to create innovative and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Translate design concepts and wireframes into high-quality, responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain reusable code libraries for future use.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and testing phases.
• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript: Extensive experience with these core web technologies, including modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and the ability to create pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly interfaces.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Knowledge of browser quirks and compatibility issues and the ability to address them effectively.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and related workflows for version control and collaboration.
• User Experience (UX) Design: An understanding of UX principles to create interfaces that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize web applications for speed and efficiency, including minification, lazy loading, and other techniques.
• Testing and Debugging: Proficiency in testing and debugging tools to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with designers, back-end developers, and other team members.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience.
• A portfolio of past projects demonstrating your expertise in front-end development.
• Relevant certifications in front-end development or related areas is a plus.

SALARY

Salary is negotiable depending on the overall Profile, Experience/ Personality, and skills.
