Senior Flutter Developer (5-9 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, with proven experience building banking, fintech, or financial services applications.

This role requires close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver intuitive, secure, and reliable mobile experiences while adhering to engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for banking and financial services.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services while ensuring robust error handling and performance.

- Implement secure coding practices, including encryption, secure storage, authentication, and data protection.

- Develop and manage application state using frameworks such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.

- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across Android and iOS platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, testing, and deployment processes.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-9 years of experience in mobile application development, including at least 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development.

- Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and cross-platform mobile application development.

- Proven experience developing banking, fintech, or financial services applications.

- Strong understanding of mobile security, including encryption, secure storage, authentication, and secure communication.

- Experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.

- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and backend services.

- Solid understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycle, performance optimization, and publishing processes.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience integrating payment gateways, digital wallets, or KYC solutions.

- Knowledge of Flutter Web or desktop application development.

- Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, analytics, and application monitoring tools.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
