Senior Flight Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Monitors trip preparation completeness prior to execution;
• Provides coordination between flight crew, ground handling agents, maintenance, and other operational stakeholders;
• Supports fuel coordination and service vendor arrangements;
• Maintains operational data integrity within approved scheduling and operational systems;
• Supports irregular operations and recovery coordination under the direction of the Flight Department Manager;
• Assists in preparation of operational reports and documentation;
• Supports audits, inspections, and operational reviews as directed;
• Performs other operational duties as assigned by the Flight Department Manager.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Possess demonstrated experience in flight operations coordination or aviation operations management;
• Have working knowledge of applicable FAA 14 CFR Part 91 requirements, ICAO Annex 6 provisions, and applicable Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations;
• Be familiar with the company Flight Operations Manual and Safety Management System;
• Demonstrate organizational leadership and sound operational judgment within delegated authority limits;
• Successfully complete company indoctrination and SMS training.
