- Deliver training in Clinical Trials and Clinical Research
- Train students on end-to-end Clinical Trials Management
- Teach Clinical Research Regulations and GCP guidelines
- Provide training on Clinical Trial Monitoring activities
- Develop and update training material as per industry standards
- Mentor students for job readiness in the clinical trials industry
- Support assessments, evaluations and placement-oriented training
- Engage in continuous improvement of training methodologies
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Clinical Trials and Clinical Research
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Research Regulations and GCP
- Hands-on experience in Clinical Trial Monitoring
- Experience in end-to-end Clinical Trials Management
- Strong interest in teaching and training students
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train students for industry-relevant job roles
