Senior Facility Executive - Soft Services

We are looking for a Soft Services Executive with a mandatory background in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing housekeeping operations, pantry services, vendor coordination, hygiene audits, and client-facing facility operations. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the confidence to interact with clients and stakeholders professionally. Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and service quality monitoring is essential. Candidates from non-IFM industries will not be considered. Relevant experience in IFM and a proven track record of delivering high-quality soft services are mandatory. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high service standards while ensuring client satisfaction.
