Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

• Drive business development via networking, cold calling, cold emails, and industry events to tap corporate clients and generate requirements.
• Build and leverage relationships with commercial developers, landlords, and corporate occupiers.
• Prepare compelling marketing materials, pitches, and proposals.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets.

• Conduct property assessments and coordinate client site inspections.

• Graduate with 1 5 years of experience in Commercial Leasing (background with an IPC, Developer, Co-working operator or Domestic Property Consultancies).
• Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytically sharp, capable of handling real estate financial analysis and market data.
• Confident self-starter, collaborative team player, and able to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
