Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Role Overview:

Deliver and manage training programs for field sales teams

Strong understanding of health insurance products, processes, and distribution

Act as a key training resource to drive productivity and business performance

Coordinate closely with sales and leadership teams for training needs

Ensure effective knowledge transfer and capability building

Preferred Profile:

Prior experience in the Health Insurance industry is mandatory

Experience in training / field enablement / sales training

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
