Role

• Manage end-to-end return operations across D2C, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels.
• Track customer returns, RTOs, replacements, and return pickups.
• Coordinate with warehouses (3PL), courier partners, marketplaces, and customer support teams.
• Ensure timely GRN, inventory reconciliation, and closure of return-related discrepancies.
• Handle marketplace and courier claims to minimize inventory and revenue losses.
• Publish return MIS, ageing reports, and operational dashboards.
• Drive process improvements to enhance return recovery and reduce TAT.

Skills & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Operations/Supply Chain preferred).
• 25 years of experience in Reverse Logistics, Returns Operations, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, D2C, E-commerce, or Retail industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and courier return processes.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and ERP/WMS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with strong ownership and execution mindset.
