Senior Executive - Project Management (R&D)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in PMO or R&D project management in pharmaceutical industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharma).
  
• Strong understanding of GCP regulations and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
