Senior Executive-HR Recruitment |Bulk Hiring| Field Recruitment

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail pharmacy operations.
• Manage bulk / blue-collar hiring for Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, and warehouse manpower.
• Conduct field recruitment, walk-ins, and candidate mobilization.
• Coordinate interviews, joining, onboarding, and documentation.
• Handle NSO (New Store Opening) hiring within timelines.
• Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
• Build pharmacy college and local hiring networks.
• Promote openings through social media and job portals.
• Maintain manpower fill rates and recruitment trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably in bulk or blue-collar hiring.
• Experience in field recruitment, walk-in drives, campus hiring, and candidate mobilization.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in using Naukri, social media hiring channels, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities and work from Nalgonda.
