Senior Executive HR & Administration

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Training & Development and Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate the training calendar, schedules, logistics, and end-to-end training arrangements.
• Support the identification of training needs in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness and completion status.
• Prepare and submit payroll inputs for both on-roll and off-roll employees.
• Coordinate and ensure timely attendance closure.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR portal/database records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure timely updation and maintenance of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, KYC, and other employee records.
• Coordinate employee assets, travel bookings, and other employee-related requirements.
• Coordinate with telecom and other external vendors/service providers for smooth HR operations.
• Support the drafting and communication of organizational announcements and HR communications.
• Take ownership of and drive employee engagement activities and initiatives across locations.
• Ensure process discipline, data accuracy, timely execution, and compliance across HR operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in Training & Development and Employee Engagement.
• Experience in MIS reporting, HR operations, and HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data integrity, process discipline, and timely execution of HR activities.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities and coordinate effectively across different locations.
• Candidates with immediate/short notice availability will be preferred.
