Senior Engineering Manager

The Sr. Manager, SW Development Eng manages the activities of two or more sections or departments through strong tactical decision making while piloting unforeseen issues. Is a People Manager, involved in performance evaluations and pay increase recommendations.

Defines and implements processes and mechanisms to ensure predictable and quality deliverables across multiple scrum teams.Owns the customer and engineering KPIs for the team, while providing clarity on priorities and goals.Proactively resolves ambiguity in requirements and is strategic in recognizing risks and mitigating them.

Plans and executes releases or projects.Maps business objectives to the team''s deliverables.Actively participates in crafting the teams roadmap. Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
