Senior Engineer - TRC

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer for TRC Repairing (Level 4) to handle advanced-level diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of complex assemblies and components. The role requires strong technical expertise, process improvement mindset, and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of failed units at component/board level.
• Handle Level 4 repairs involving complex technical issues and critical components.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and repair TAT targets.
• Work closely with Quality, Production, and Design teams for failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed repair logs, reports, and documentation.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and validation activities from a repair perspective.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers/technicians.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electronics/assembly repair (SMT, PCB, component-level repair).
• Expertise in diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and failure analysis.
• Good understanding of quality tools (RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma basics).
