We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team in Ratlam, Mandsaur, Dhar, and Pithampur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service engineering and be able to work independently.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to equipment and systems.
- Conduct site visits to inspect and repair equipment and provide preventative maintenance services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
