Senior Engineer - QC Electrical

Role & responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of electrical components cells, BMS, PCS, cables, contactors, sensors, and PCBs.
• Execute in-process electrical QC checks at defined control-plan stages on the assembly line and conduct final electrical testing/verification of BESS units as per ATP.
• Identify, document and disposition non-conforming electrical components/assemblies; maintain calibration records for all test equipment.
• Support root-cause analysis for electrical quality failures and implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the SQD team on component quality issues, and support FAT activities with customers and third-party inspectors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on with electrical test equipment multimeters, LCR meters, oscilloscopes, insulation resistance testers, hipot testers.
• Working knowledge of battery systems, BMS architecture, and power electronics; familiarity with IEC electrical safety standards.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort reading electrical schematics / AutoCAD drawings for inspection reference.
