JOB DESCRIPTION
Should have production process knowledge including tools and related process settings, Problem solving, Trouble shooting
knowledge on Quality Control Practices, Scrap Reduction
Knowledge on Assembly operations
Experience in 5S, SOPs, Work Instructions, Safety procedures.
Knowledge on Production Metrics & measurements (QCDS, PPM, OEE, Inventory, Productivity, Scrap Reduction, On time Delivery)
Ability to handle more than 300 operating engineers in the shopfloor
Management Information Systems (MIS) using charts, figures, trends, graphs, skill matrix etc.
Transperancy in Shopfloor Grievenace Handling
