Job Description
Material flow (raising MR & follow-up, tracking & co-ordination, shortfall before fabrication).
Production supervision, quality and control, daily consumable requirements, safety, maintenance, machinery.
Inspections – QA &b QC correspondences for hot works such as cable trays, supports and other foundations, cable installation, termination and testing.
Revision, Rejection, Rework to be documented and informed to the concern department to identify source of problem.
Prepare QMS related documents.
Prepare commissioning related documents.
Commissioning support.
Lessons learned and improvement
Compliance of safety and quality norms of Ship yard.
Managing subcontractor’s manpower and adherence of job schedule.
Ensuring the smooth work flow, coordinating with inter-departments
