Job Description
1. Conducting time and motion studies, line balancing, and method studies to enhance productivity.
2. Implementing Kaizen projects, waste reduction techniques, and capacity planning.
3. Jig/fixture development and layout optimization for machining assembly lines
4. Driving QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) benefits and overseeing manufacturing process validation (PPV)
5. Review, analysis implement actions for non-conformance, customer complaints, line rejection.
6. Manage overall process related planning, design monitoring activities to support the production process
7. Identify drive productivity, cost reduction, quality safety improvement projects
8. Provide support for Line layout modifications considering work combination studies
9. Execute Cycle time manpower calculation by using IE techniques
10. Part programming for all types of CNC machines
SKILLS
1.Knowledge of Engine 5C parts Manufacturing Processes
2. Basic Knowledge of cam shaft crankshaft machining process including grinding induction hardening
3. Basis knowledge of cutting tools, fixture designing, GD T
4. Knowledge of CNC machines hands on experience in CNC programming of FANUC, MAZATROL, SIEMENS controllers, Grinding machine programming, micro programming
5. Knowledge of IE techniques, 7 types of wastes, 3M, 5S etc.
6.Proactive and good learner
