Sr. Engineer Maintenance -??Electronics / Electrical

• Drive the maintenance team to achieve the Breakdown targets, guide the Team Members and be accountable for spares availability
• Manage the overall Test Cell maintenance, equipment, test rig along with calibration of Instruments , test cell related utility maintenance and service through efficient resource allocation
• People management and internal coordination
• Fulfilment of IMS requirements
• Department 5S, Maintain Manuals and software Backups
• Conduct meetings for identification of issues which affecting targets and discuss the trends and best practices
• Nurture an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work
• Train Team member to develop the team?s capabilities and build a strong team
