Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform breakdown maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, utilities, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to mechanical engineering projects.
- Develop and implement effective preventative measures to reduce downtime and extend system lifespan.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC maintenance, utility maintenance, and mechanical maintenance practices.
