Position Specific Requirements
Lead Engineer must have minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive Lighting Design and development. Must have executed 1 Headlamp or 1 Tail Lamp Design as a lead Engineer. Good to have multiple lamps exposure. Should have worked with Tier 1 supplier/OEM.
