Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and high-rise residential projects.
- Good understanding of RCC, finishing, waterproofing and external development works.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent contractor and manpower management skills.
- Good knowledge of quantity measurement and contractor billing.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of project planning software such as MS Project / Primavera will be an advantage.
