Senior Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage production activities on the assembly line, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting quality standards.
• Oversee manpower handling, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation to optimize productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations and effective waste management practices.
• Design and implement efficient switchgear systems for electrical equipment using MCCB technology.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry as an engineer or supervisor.
• Strong understanding of Assembly Line, Ms Office, Production, Switchgear, Waste Management principles.
• Proven track record in managing manpower effectively to achieve production targets.
