Senior Engineer

Position: Senior Engineer (Civil)

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of civil works at development/construction sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Review site measurements, quantities, and work progress for billing and reporting purposes.
• Manage resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and coordination meeting reports.
• Support project planning, cost control, and quality assurance activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in civil project execution and site management.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
