• Position: Java Developer Senior Engineer
• Role: Permanent
• Shift time: 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• Location: Noida Sec 142

Mandatory Skills: Core Java (Java 8+); Spring Boot; Microservices + REST APIs; JPA OR Hibernate; Java Messaging Services & Event Streaming (Kafka); Spring Security (OAuth); OOPS Concepts; Data Structure; Database (PL/SQL ); Multithreading & Concurrency; Design Principles + Design Patterns + Architecture Patterns; Code and Build Management (Git Hub) + (Maven); Backend Unit Testing (JUnit);

Additional Skills: Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security). RESTful API development and integration, Oracle (PL/SQL)/TSQL, Stored procedure, SQL query optimization and performance tuning, triggers, and indexing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes. Version control using Git.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.
