We are seeking a talented Java Developer who is passionate about building scalable, user-friendly applications

In this role, you will work with a dynamic, diverse team to develop, enhance, and maintain landing pages, web portals, and back-end services crucial to our payment solutions

Technical Skills

Experience developing enterprise Java 8 AND Java 11 applications

Hands-on Experience in J2EE applications, JPA, Hibernate, EJB, experience with memory management, performance issues, performance tuning, Load Balancing , server setup

Worked on Production Issues

Should have a working knowledge of XML, JSON, web services (SOAP & REST)

Preferably from Card Domain

Should be a independent contributor

Familiar with various design patterns and techniques

Solid Experience writing Junit, component and integration tests

Database-related technologies: ORACLE ,PL/SQL

Basic Linux and basic Linux Scripting

Experience developing in both software tiers front end with HTML /CSS/JS, back end and database queries

Responsible for full cycle systems development activities including software design, development, and deployment to launch new systems and enhance existing systems

Experience with tools: Shell scripting , Cloud ,CI/CD , Git, Gitlab, Jenkins, JIRA, Maven, Nexus repository Manager, SonarQube, SoapUI, Postman, JBOSS 7

4 ,Developer Studio Eclipse/IntelliJ

Knowledge on Cloud based applications

Should have worked in the distributed agile model and continuous integration

NICE TO Have: Spring/Spring boot framework/Microservice, Tapestry

Key Responsibilities

Designing and developing modern and modular Java/J2EE applications using current coding and testing standards

Working collaboratively and closely with a global team of technologists

Strong ability to lead with ideas and innovation

Participating in agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the team's goals

Part of Fully Responsible Agile Team Managing full cycle from Dev, Unit Testing, CI,CD, Testing to production maintenance

Monitor application performance using APM tools (eg Dynatrace ) to identify bottlenecks and diagnose performance issues

Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to establish performance benchmarks and implement effective testing strategies

Analyze application metrics, logs, and traces to identify trends and proactively address performance issues

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into application performance metrics for stakeholders

Conduct root cause analysis of application performance issues and recommend solutions or optimizations

Assist in the design and implementation of continuous performance improvement initiatives, including performance testing and load testing strategies

Optimize application deployments, configurations, and resource allocations for improved performance and scalability

Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in application performance management and monitoring
