Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for shift wise HPDC breakdown activities.
- Responsible to achieve machine wise planned for PM activities
- Effective utilization of manpower
- Assigning work to technicians and helpers.
- Motivate the technicians for better performance.
- Preparation and submission of daily maintenance report & Log book
- Shift follow up and pending work to be complete
- Training need identification and verifying its effectiveness.
- Avoid air leakages and ensure zero leakages.
- Monitoring of 5-S on maintenance area.
- Ensure the adherence of PPEs on shop floor at all technicians
Preferred candidate profile
Engineering /Diploma qualification with knowledge of Maintenance Systems & EHS. Practical knowledge of technically, Electrical & Mechanical. Knowledge in 5-S principles, Team building. Min. 8- 10 years experience in similar capacity in a similar size unit.
