Senior Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards such as IATF, ISO 9001, and VSA.
• Conduct audits, prepare audit documentation, and lead internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Process Flow Maps (PFMEA), Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP), and Manufacturing System Analysis (MSA).
• Ensure timely completion of PPAP documentation and support the implementation of APQP projects.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of QMS implementation, auditing, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in creating audit documentation, PFMEAs, PPAPs, MSA reports using tools like MS Office Suite.
