Job description:

The role requires mechanical maintenance of Plant and machinery. He shall be working with Manager- Mechanical maintenance. Brief responsibilities are as given below

Support for Annual Preventive Maintenance planning
Support for Monthly PPM planning
Support for OPEX planning for Spares & Consumables
Executive & monitor PPM plans
Resource allocation for PPM and routine shift management
Material indenting & ERP up-dation

Your responsibilities:

Manage 3M resources (Man, Machine, Material) to ensure minimal downtime

Strive to reduce downtime

Escalate issues or obstacles affecting PPM plan to Head E&M

Liaise with other managers or external agencies to ensure compliances

Knowledge & Skill sets expected:

5 plus years experience in Mechanical maintenance (Preferably in a transformer factory

Sound knowledge of Plant & Equipment maintenance

Technically sound on various aspects of mechanical engineering

Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

Experience in reporting on key production metrics

Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

Qualification & Experience:

1.BE/B-Tech (Mech) or Diploma (Mech)

2.Min 5 years experience for BE/B-Tech or min 8 years experience for Diploma
